Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us about a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
To start a return, contactus@deskie.sg with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Some of our products may be shipped directly from overseas suppliers. Return instructions may vary depending on the product and issue. Customers must contact us first before returning any item.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
We may reject a return if the item is used, damaged, missing parts, not in its original packaging, or returned after the return period.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contactus@deskie.sg.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label and packaging, if relevant
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
For approved defective, damaged, or wrong-item claims, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost if the item needs to be sent back.
Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items that have been used, assembled, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable
This does not affect your rights for defective, damaged, wrongly supplied, or non-conforming goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment platform may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contactus@deskie.sg.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, wait for the return to be approved, and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contactus@deskie.sg.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through our return process after delivery.
Important Note

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, abuse of promotions, resale activity, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid, unless prohibited by law.
