Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, supplier delays, or high order volume.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier, destination, customs clearance, supplier processing, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Singapore. If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times and fees may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is made.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after the courier receives the parcel.
Separate Shipments
Some items may be shipped separately if they come from different suppliers or warehouses. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and parcels may arrive on different dates.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs clearance, incorrect shipping details, peak season delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the status of your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Deskie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at contactus@gmail.com.
We may assist by checking with the supplier or courier. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST, handling fees, or other charges that may apply in their country.
Deskie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
